Found Hivis on Google search and placed my order for a padded coat online using their web site. It wasn’t until one hour later that I realised I had ordered a 2XL which should have been just an XL. I contacted them by phone and spoke to Leanne who was so very helpful, found my order and changed the size. 24 hours later it arrived. Fantastic service and would not hesitate to recommend them. As a company we have used Hivis for several years now. Literally cannot say a bad word about the service received. Great service, fast deliveries and friendly staff. We purchase a wide range of work wear clothing from trousers, sweatshirts, poloshirts and Hi-vis vests embroidered with our various brand logos. All of the above are delivered on time and at a competitive price. Occasionally we'll place a pretty demanding high volume order with a very short lead time and to date Hivis have not failed to deliver. Great service, would definitely recommend!

My order was delivered promptly on time and goods were just as described. Quick and efficient service. Needed helmet stickers to go on special helmets that we couldn't source already branded. Stickers supplied looked almost identical to professionally branded helmets. Would definitely use again.
