United Kingdom | 18 February 2021I thought this was a scam site. I was wrong. After waiting 3 months for my package it finally arrived. However I only new it arrived once I emailed them. My correspondent of the other side of the email. Explained that there has been a change in management and will do their best to make sure the product got to me or if not. The full amount spent on the produced as store credit. This site is can be trusted, but the lack of communication when the product is in transit. Can be off putting.

I had an item that got lost somewhere in transit and after contacting customer support they were able to resolve the issue immediately and made my experience very positive. Thank-you again!

Originally there was a small delay with the orders (these things happen), but when I contacted support, they did everything they could to rectify the situation. They immediately took ownership of the problem, ensured I had accurate tracking numbers for the items and replied promptly to any query I had or question I asked. The items were then received very promptly, and I am delighted with them. Customer care is important to me, and I have to say, it was first class. I would definitely order from them again.

SCAM Update 22/02/21: Attempted to contact the new management team and I did get a response with an offer refund in form of a gift card. I had placed the new order and waiting on the product to be delivered. Will continue to update once received. I'd like to thanks the new team for prompt responses anyway.

United States | 12 November 2020Update 2/18/2021: Tekashi saw my review and commented this week. I contacted them yesterday three times, they responded quickly three times and sent me a gift card with the amount of the original (now lost) order plus a little extra for my troubles. They stated they have undergone management changes and are trying to right the wrongs. I was impressed with the attitude conveyed in the emails and the prompt responses. I placed an order moments ago. I will update this review and star rating after I receive my shirt. So far I’m happy with the current actions of Tekashi. Previously: Ordered a shirt 1/1/2020. Received an email that it was shipped 1/21/2020. I keep asking, They were very responsive though, responding within days but I keep getting emails saying “I’ll look into this.” Fortunately I did not spend as much as other complaints state. Don’t bother buying from here.

I emailed them to dispute and under the new management they were very quick and kind about fixing my problem. Customer service reached out and gave me a credit and discount for shipping problems and I've since then reordered my things with proper tracking numbers! Everything else I bought is fantastic and well made, make sure to check the sizing charts they provide!

Canada | 23 October 2020- New Management Delivers- Was reached out to by new Tekashi management. From a $170 loss they gave me a $120 gift card. Replacement Clothes arrived on time and were solid. The sizing is much smaller than American, otherwise quality is decent. I’m American 2xl and 5xl fit best for me. ——————————————— Original review; Got two jackets ($120), the sizing's were way too small. Went to return them and Tekashi gave me an address to send them to. Wasted $50, as they bounced back. Still have two jackets that are way too small and down $170.

United States | 19 September 2020Should be NO stars. I used my Discover card, and they say they will refund. I ordered a bunch of stuff. Website looks legit. I got an order email response right away, several emails offering further discounts, then...nothing. No tracking information, no phone number for customer service, no response to emails about the order. All communication stopped, no merchandise received. Definitely a scam store. The only email is support at tekashi dot com. Tobi in customer service. The phone number on my discover card statement is 614-434-6066, Reynoldsburg, OH it’s a cellphone, no business name on the recording.

United States | 14 September 2020I don't know about a Takashi. Com but I do know about a 6ix9inestore.com and let me tell you that it has been an emotional distressful experience. There is no such thing as customer service and I've been waiting over 3 months for my package and I have still not received anything. If you don't mind waiting 6 months to receive your package go for it. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend the site.

Ordered a month ago and didn't receive anything, so I emailed back like the guy told me to who sent the confirmation email, and didn't get a reply. Tried to get a refund before the 30 day refund policy was up but still no response. Why tell customers to reply to the email of you don't even reply yourself. Awful website, please don't buy from there.

United States | 25 June 2020This is basically wish app, but over priced. It's all Chinese knock offs. Being sold as if they're designer wear from Japan. Seriously though wish app has all these designs for like 10$ they're all fake and not cotton. They do not look similar to what you order and you rarely even get your order, but why would you waste money on over priced trash?
