A professional setup with a timely estimate of the cost of the work involved. Once the estimate was accepted, the job was then scheduled and carried out to a high standard with a tidy up and the replaced parts taken away. The plumber arrived on time and the job (replacement power shower pump) was finished in about 90 minutes.

Brilliant service, called at 9am and an engineer was round by 11am with my heating fixed and working by midday. The engineer was fantastic and helpful, would definitely recommend

Contacted James Lacey on Messenger via his company being recommended on social media. The office rang, after festive break, and date was arranged. On said day, the engineer arrived, fully conversant with Covid measures. Explained symptoms to him once had taken him to where boiler was. After a while, he told me he was going to get a part that was causing the issue. He came back later, fitted part, tested and cleaned up. Then he showed me readings on his two meters which went to a device showing both readings. He explained that those readings were what he expected and totally different to initial findings when fault finding. Root cause was diverter valve , which he then showed and explained what had gone wrong. Thought this was good as he could’ve just said “that’s it, all done”. I appreciated that in him Showing me the faulty mechanism. Paid and that was that. Would recommend your company anytime. In fact , my wife already recommended your co on social media earlier today to a lady with , what sounded like the same issue we had

Was let down by another engineer so called JLN. They are responsive and arranged the appointment really well. Engineer turn up on time, replaced two valve heads, and I was able to pay on the spot. Basically a thoroughly professional service start to finish

Arrived on time and began working right away. The work was completed in good time and any mess was cleared at the end of the job. Both engineers were polite and acted professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to use JLN again and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Great service again from JLNplumbing. Engineer was polite, did a clean job, wore a mask and gelled his hands. Was sent a text message about engineers arrival time. Able to pay by card and invoice emailed to me immediately. All in all a very good company with great customer service.
