Everything went very smoothly with our boiler service. A text was sent saying the engineer was on his way and he arrived about 10 mins later. Service was quick and efficient and any mess was tidied up before the engineer left. I Have used this company for a few years and cannot fault their work or the professionalism of the engineers

JLN are a very professional company,having used them for supplying and fitting a Valient boiler and on another occasion a tall radiator in the kitchen.However the recent experience of fitting a like for like radiator in the bathroom and repairing the systern in the cloakroom has let them down.What should have been a straightforward job took 2 hours 20 minutes.Both workmen were disrespectful to my property walking backwards and forward through my kitchen hall and lounge wearing working boots,One was wearing tracksuit bottoms covered with white paint.Most unprofessional .The repair to the systern was bodged.However the following day Graig turned up and sorted it in a true professional manner.Perhaps this was just a blip.

Engineer Scott arrived promptly and carried out our boiler replacement and new shower installation. All work was to a high standard and everywhere was left clean and tidy. He fully explained all the controls. Another job carried out for us by the team at JLN to the usual high standard.

Just the service you want. On time, cheerful, did the work agreed and sorted any minor issues without fuss. Thanks

I've used JLN Plumbing And Heating before so it came as no surprise to me that the fitting of a new boiler shower unit as expected went very well. The engineer was cheerful, polite and friendly, his standard of work was excellent. I would recommend JLN every time, their certainly not the cheapest but they work to high standards I personally believe are worth it for the piece of mind of a proper job.

Installation of a new boiler with some pipework changes. From obtaining a quote to installation was excellent. Everything was detailed in the quote and delivered to a very high standard. The 2 guys that carried out the work, Scott and Josh were on time and very professional. Would highly recommend JLN to anyone.
