I sent an e-mail via the contact form on their website and someone got back to me within a couple of hours. Took my order but there was an issue with the courier - not surprising as I live in the Highlands of Scotland. They called to apologise and let me know the order would be delayed a couple of days whilst they used an alternative shipper. Goods arrived on time; they even called me on the delivery day to make sure it had all arrived and talked me through the installation process. Would definitely use them again; superb customer service.
