Good experience

I was able to get a good price on Karastan carpet during the "Grand Opening" sale at the new store location, which was a nice perk. The salesman I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful with carpet suggestions. He scheduled a convenient day to stop by to measure the room and allowed me to take several carpet samples home to make my final selection. Once my carpet was ordered, it came in rather quickly. The carpet installers arrived on the scheduled day and were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up all the mess & hauled away the old carpet. I would highly recommend Carpet One/Floor Decor.

Great job on the carpet install, helpful installers

I'm happy with the end results. The floors are beautiful. However the communications between the sales rep and I were an issue. I had to call repeatedly to get the initial quote, find out what the down payment would be, find out when the flooring would be ordered, find out when the install would be scheduled, how long it would take, what to expect, etc. While the installer did a great job and was not unpleasant, I felt a little uncomfortable with him because he kept asking me what I considered too personal of questions, such as: "What time did you get home last night?" or "Where are you going, don't you think you should spend more time at home?" I didn't feel that my activity or whereabouts were his concern. But the floors look great and I am happy with them.

Dan came out and measured up what we were doing and within an couple days Amanda sent over my proposals. We chose them because of their detailed proposal. We have 3 projects going on with them and they are working with us on an timely manner when we are ready. The first project was our master bedroom and delivered on time. I would recommend them to other people. From the first home visit to install date was very professional.

Dan and his crew are super easy to work with and very accommodating. Very glad we chose to use them for our new carpet!

Everything with the installation was fine except one small problem, they didn’t have a ledger and borrowed mine which they either dumped, or allowed to fall, on my landscaping. We only had minor damage but they should have been careful.

Their prices are competitive and their service was excellent. The installers did a great job and were helpful to work with. They moved the furniture and put it back. The carpet looks great and there are absolutely NO visible seems!

We would use them again. They carpeted seven rooms, a hallway and two sets of stars in one day. There was a delay for the date of install which was not communicated to us, we had to call. There was some difficulty reaching salesmen. Installers did a good job cleaning up after themselves in the house but did not clean up the garage very well.

We had a wonderful experience with Floor Decor Carpet One. CJ was our installer. He couldn’t have been nicer. He explained everything he was doing. He cleaned up every day before he left. On his final day our place was spotless. We would definitely use them again.

The men who installed our carpeting were outstanding. They were very courteous and professional, showing us progress along the way. They cleaned everything up at the end. We would definitely recommend them!
