Die Ware hat nicht gepasst. Ich musste es auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken nach Honkong. Das ist etwas teuer, daher ohne Tracking. Ware wohl nie eingetroffen. Dienstleister reagiert nicht mehr auf meine Anfragen und ignoriert diese. Muss nun Zahlen obwohl ich nicht die Ware erhalten habe, die ich wollte bzw. die Ware nun irgendwo auf der Welt rumliegt. Es ist eigenartig, das die Ware nicht eingetroffen ist. Ich denke sie ignorieren es bewusst!

Die Ware sieht nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Ware ist von schlechter China Qualität. Retouren müssen nach China zurück geschickt werden auf eigenen Kosten. Schlechte Kommunikation. Hier kauft man nicht

So eine frechheit wie dieses möchtegern Unternehmen hab ich noch nicht gesehn Ich soll mein zu kleines Teil zurückschicken und die Kosten dafür übernehmen was soll dass. Ich hoffe das keiner mehr bei dieser Firma mehr bestellt

Am liebsten null Sterne geben, schlechte Qualität, sieht ganz anders aus als angepriesen und wenn man den Support kontaktiert kommt keine Reaktion die wollen nur verkaufen und ja nichts machen wenn man es zurück geben will

Das angepriesene Produkt und das gelieferte sind absolut nicht ein und das selbe. Das gezeigte Produkt ist wie ein Porsche, geliefert wird ein rostiger Polo. Die Größe stimmt nicht, Qualität und Verarbeitung mehr als schlecht.

Avoid this company run by crooks. Any decent online reviews are fake, submitted by the owner and his cronies. The genuine reviews below and elsewhere all tell the same story - ripped off with refunds not given. I urge people to do what I’ve done and file a county court claim. You will get your refund, court costs and interest, just go to govuk makecourtclaim to see how. It’s a simple process and you will get your money back. Also complain to Gloucestershire Trading Standards and local media. Beware of him on LinkedIn, where he advertises himself as a Website Manager, open for business. He will rip you off.

Ordered a tweed suit in February, everything looked fine and dandy...until things began to go sideways. I was told the whole thing was put on hold since payment was delayed and did not get there on time, it was refunded and I had to do the procedure one more time. March 12 I got an email with tracking details and a promise it would be handed to Royal Mail the following day. That has yet to happen, no communication or replies to any sort of communication. I consider my money lost and I feel ripped off...stay away from this company, just an enormous fraud. Website is down, no functional phone numbers, no customer service, no nothing...

NOT IMPRESSED! Diligently seeking a lamb skin leather jacket I came across this site. I purchased the jacket (through PayPal) the jacket came and I tried it on, when I put my hand in the pocket and the jacket ripped from the pocket seam. I emailed the company with images and they emailed straight back and sent me a Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label. I sent back the jacket for an exchange the new jacket came within a few days ~ So far so good! When the second jacket (a larger size) was rising at the back I emailed the company again and informed them that I would be sending it back for a FULL REFUND £349 ~ This is when the issues begun! I was sent another return label, I sent the jacket back on Xmas Eve (so expected some delay) but by the middle of January the company had STOPPED emailing me and I had to report my missing refund to PayPal who opened a resolution case. As soon as I did this I heard from the company within minutes on a Saturday (surprise, surprise) they told me that the person dealing with refunds was away getting married and that’s why I hadn’t received my refund! Crazy! I know. I emailed them a couple more of times as they said I would be fully refunded on the Monday. But my emails had no response. So I had to contact PayPal by phone to deal with the case they looked into it immediately and the case was closed in my favour, yesterday: 24th January 2023 with Paypal refunding me in full. Thank GOD for PayPal because I’m sure I was NEVER going to see my money again. ALWAYS BUY THROUGH PAYPAL AS YOU ARE FULLY INSURED (AND ROYAL MAIL HAD FULL TRACKING HISTORY THE JACKET WHICH WAS RECEIVED BY THEM 28th December 2022. Moral of the review ‘I would NEVER buy from this company again’… Do so at your own risk ⚠️
