Mine was only a small order from L Supplies but when I went to collect it I had so many people saying, "Good morning." and actually speaking. The office staff were really pleasant and referred me to building 5. The guy was equally amenableand offered to cut my lengths of trim for me. I had come prepared with my tape and saw but I was glad of the offer and he duly cut them to the required length. I said to him that I was amazed at the level of customer service and what a pleasure it was to experience something which I believed was no longer available. Well done L Supplies.

Great blind and customer service. Only thing to improve are the pointless instructions. YouTube helped installing it. Great quality and customer service, room is nice and dark, perfect for a nap even during the day.

The sign of a good company is how they handle an issue. Through no fault of their own the courier company messed up and sent 1 parcel out of 13 to wrong depot. Tom was really helpful and sorted the problem and courier delivered next day. Tom also called me to make sure I had the goods. Would highly recommend this company. Cheers Tom.

Placing the order was easy and the delivery was on time. The loft ladder is great allowing easy access to the loft.

Pros: Fast delivery, well packet, Good strong material for Canopy. Cons: Probably one of the worst/cheapest screws i've ever encountered in my life,extremely soft metal,snaps easy, says self screwing ones but was not. Anyway not a big issue as i used my own ones.

What a good company. From ordering to delivery a great service offered. Before ordering I emailed a sketch of the area I was going to deck. This confirmed my calculations of the materials required. A delivery date was set, a request was emailed to me asking if I could take delivery 2 days early, I accepted. As I waited I started to build the frame, realising I needed some starter clips before the decking delivery date. They posted them out to me straight away and amended my order accordingly. Decking delivery was on time but and error by the delivery company meant I didn’t receive my to trim pieces. These were not required until I’d finished decking so wasn’t a problem. When I received them at a later date they were in the best wrapping I’d ever seen a ladder frame with the 2 trims taped to this then covered in 3 layers said large bubble wrap. I laid the decking without incident, it slowly started to light up after a few days as by the fitting guide. I laid decking in 4 sections with picture framing over a 62sqm area so I was able to have the least waste from the 3.6m lengths.

The decking was good quality & all present. Easy to fit with the T clips.

Only ordered sample composite decking pieces which unfortunately are not the right colour we’re looking for, however they came super quick and packaged really well. Look good quality too. Customer service definitely 5 stars! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this company when looking for something else.
