Italy | 10 September 2020I used their services and paid in full on my credit card at their insistance in November 2019. I was charged again in April of 2020. They acknowledged a problem in the system and were refunding all the charges. It is September 2020 and after numerous calls and emails, I still have not received my money. I too am overseas and they can't refund to foreign accounts. I have been more than patient and now time to report them.
