The Trackhawk unit shipped quickly and was packaged well. I accomplished the install myself using the included instructions and I also watched the YouTube video. I also contacted Trackhawk with a wiring question, great response. Once installed, the activation was easy.

Wonderful product. The GPS update really accurate and quickly. The app to control kill switch is very simple. Customer service support is phenomenal and very helpful and responsive.

What made my experience great? Trackhawk helped me and my installer to answer any questions that we had with the installation and GPS Killswitch. Also they help us setup information on the app. The device is awesome! I give it five stars. I highly recommend you have someone to install it with experience. We owe a luxury car rental business. We had several people who had stolen our cars, is the reason why we purchase the device. Now we will have a peace of mind knowing that we have a killswitch that can prevent the thief from stealing our cars and not getting to far away.

I installed 4 GPS trackers from Trackhawk a couple of weeks ago and the experience has been great! I own an A/C repair company and will be adding their trackers to any new vans I buy.
