Ordered 4 batteries with next day delivery charge of £8.50. Over a week later and we are still waiting. Call to the company I was told that the email I had been sent saying parcel was being delivered (with no tracking number) was sent as she thought that who delivered parcels from their warehouse - it turned out it should have been UKMail. A follow up call told me that UKmail had apologised for not delivering it and that it would be received the following day. A call today told me that it would now be tomorrow (Saturday). We shall see if it appears - not entirely convinced it was actually actioned a week ago. I did suggest that maybe we should be refunded for postage as it was supposed to be next day delivery and I was told that she would make enquiries. I am still waiting to hear anything - as well as our parcel. Not exactly impressed. I have more batteries to order, but will be looking elsewhere to purchase them!
