As a freelancer, I would definitely recommend Golance. Their system is secure and I have yet to encounter a scammer. The commission they take is reasonable and they do not charge upfront fees making it impossible for freelancers to get access to jobs. Their customer service is the best I have found thus far.

The goLance Team always delivers! Whenever I have questions or issues on pay or bonuses, they are super accommodating, responsive and they solve problems! They're so awesome, I wanna work for them!

While golance has lower fees the majority of it competitors they certainly do no treat freelancers with the same respect and integrity. Often turning standard operations into malleable rules with they choose to deploy at will. Don't count on payments to be processed in a timely manner or contracts to be completed successfully 9/10 out of GoLance will freeze funds change requirements along with a number of other practices in result making this platform a huge headache for freelancers. My advise pay a bit extra in fees and go with a alternate platform that values freelancers the working on their platform.

Worked great, I was unable to withdraw money to my Paypal account, but after I contacted support they enabled it for me. Never had any problems, the withdrawals were always done in the expected time and the currency is always the expected one aswell.
