I have been buying from F2 medical for the past 7 years, (At least!). I find the product range to be of a high quality and reliable. The service is excellent, Gabi in sales is personable and expedient. Charlie with accounting team is honest and responsive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. I hope they continue to grow their inventory so I can order more item from them. This independent company really understands independent dental surgeries.

I've now had 2 separate incidents where the warehouse staff messed up. Mistakes happen which is why I forgave them the first time and didn't leave a review but a second incident is not a mistake but sloppiness. I paid for Saturday delivery. My husband was furious because we were waiting around for a package that was never coming. I always leave a note in the comments box to send case in original state unopened. I could see the case had been re-sealed and a box of gloves missing! They basically said their warehouse staff messed up. That's twice now. The warehouse staff are letting them down. The boss has a problem and is responsible. He should have processes in place to stop these mistakes and employ competent staff. They refunded the missing box. Personally I would have gone above and beyond to appease a loyal customer the second time. I told them I was going to leave a negative review on the website and they stopped me. I received email saying I already left a review. That shows another side to them. UPDATE: You clearly can't take criticism when you mess up so I changed my review to one star. I see you even go so far as blaming the manufacturer. I know whose NOT at fault - me. It's a shame you can't accept my review and do better because I'm entitled to give my honest review. To address your points: Like I said I'm entitled to give a review, you did refund £3.47 for the missing box. You should have gone further to keep loyal customers. I would have returned the whole case if I didn't need them urgently because it's not what I ordered. I never mentioned anything about placing packages on the ground in my review. That's just common sense on the part of warehouse staff/couriers. No one wants filth, bird poo or slug juice on their packages unnecessarily. I am happy to say most couriers realise this now. One time I spent 3 days washing black stuff off my hands probably from a warehouse floor so whoop-de-doo well done for doing something right and writing my instructions. Even I could tell the case had been opened previously. I never said it was malicious. Someone took sellotape to re-seal it and no one there noticed. I don't care if it was you or the manufacturer (report it to them). It's not my problem. It's yours. Perhaps you should have done more to appease the customer rather than getting annoyed at my review. Someone or something has definitely stopped me leaving a review on your website. After telling you I was going to leave a negative review on 15 June I received an explanation from you guys on 17 June. I received a second email on 17 June saying: "Thank you for your recent order! We were going to ask if you could take a moment to review the products in your order, but it looks like you already have. Thank you!..." I've never received that before. I always order the same item and , receive emails to review. I don't want to be repetitive so I tend to ignore them. This time I received a different email earlier than normal saying I have already left a review. You should look into this. I think it's best you remove all my reviews on your website to be fair. I have ordered thousands of products over 25 years. You misunderstand. Your warehouse employee did not push the order through as a Saturday or Express delivery, Your employee didn't see the Saturday selection that I paid extra for, my special comments and my additional email. And I quote: Me: "Hi, I'll probably just purchase the 200 gloves as usual, however, it MUST come this Saturday..." You: "No worries, as long as you put express delivery, we will make sure DPD will deliver." Me: "I just spoke to DPD. Apparently, you messed up, not them because you did NOT book it on Saturday delivery. CANCEL IT NOW." You: "...My biggest apologies for the inconvenience it has caused. We just checked on DPD and it seems that our warehouse overlooked that the order is for express delivery Saturday services. We cancelled the order on DPD it should be coming back to us, furthermore, we will issue a full refund to your card today. In the future, if you would still like to order from us, we will add extra boxes of gloves for free and make sure that mistakes like that won’t happen again." On that occasion, you did the right thing. You recalled the package, then assured me it wouldn't happen, then made me an offer to make up for your mistake. Now it's gone downhill. I will give my business to someone more appreciative, efficient and humble. I don't buy your brand items. I have already ordered and the gloves are just as good, if not better, than Premier Med. Plus, as stated the red spots are bit off-putting. I should have shopped around earlier but I will save money going forward so thank you for that. Take care

Superb service. Ordered nitrile gloves in wrong size, but the super efficient company managed to correct the size immediately via the contact us section. Thank you F2 once again.
