Very useful product to be absolutely sure you are safe to drive especially the following morning. Little bit tricky to set up do ensure if you change settings from 0/00 BAC to mg/L that you also change the drink drive alert level to match.

This is my third Alcosense breathalyser and it's the only way to guarantee that you are legal to drive the next day, especially living in Scotland where the legal tolerance is much lower. Also the machine is easy to use and I wouldn't be without it.

I purchased an Elite 3 to replace an old Elite. This is definitely an improved model with no need to activate the sensor with the messy process. Instructions are easy to understand and the unit is easy to use.

I have purchased AlcoSense for some time now as I travel to France by car regularly and the law in France is for everyone to have a valid Breathalyser in the vehicle. To date I have never been asked to take a test so I cannot comment on effectiveness
