This business is amazing! No one likes waking up on a Sunday morning to find no hot water. As would many I immediately felt this is going to cost a fortune but a necessity. Within a few minutes of describing the fault to Lachlan over the phone he advised it is a simple issue and something I could fix myself. He took the time for me to send a photo and sent one back with instructions on what to adjust. Above that he refused to take payment for something so simple. Many plumbers would have come out charged the callout fee and labour without me being any wiser. This business is honest, knew their stuff and brought back my faith in great customer service Thankyou so much Tropical Coast Plumbing!

Prompt service. I phoned to book the appointment and had Lachlan here the following day. We had a water leak from our shower and Lachlan investigated until he found the issue!
