My son joined the 9 month course in Y5 late (from March) and although at many points success felt unattainable, we persevered, saw an improvement in test marks and ultimately achieved success in the 11 plus exam. The course’s well structured and systematic approach, as well as the extensive range of course materials (including the test packs and mock exams) helped immensely. We were well supported throughout. I would highly recommend AE Tuition without hesitation, just as it was recommended to me.

My daughter got really helpful guide and study materials to attend 11+ exam. She has got good score and got place in Upton Court Grammar school. This school was our 1st preference as our son also going to the same school since 2021. He was also a student at AE tution.

My general feedback is I think the materials you provided were of very high quality and prepared the child in many different aspects. The fact that you offered intensive courses in July and several practice exams in the summer also really helped. I also feel that on parents' side, it took a lot of marking, checking and overall motivating the child to do the work, however, I expected and was ready for that initially. So, in my opinion, you should keep stressing to future parents that it's both sides' project, including the commitment from the whole family.

We are delighted with the outcome of our son's 11 plus exams. Like his big sister, he managed to pull off to one of the top schools with just a year tuition with AE. I would highly recommend AE for their materials, assessments and support. Both our kids attended Jacqui Turner's class. She has done a great job in bringing best out of our kids. Unfortunately due to covid restrictions, we (parents) were not able to attend last 30 minutes of the classes like we did with our daughter. It's during our daughter's classes, we were able to attend and see how it's all done. We were immensely impressed the way the classes were conducted and how she engaged the children with passion and discipline. We had enrolled our daughter in a 1-year program in prep for 11+ exams. She was successful in that quest and a lot of credit goes to AE in that regard. We all need to understand however that AE is not a magic wand and it's a journey that requires dedication from parents as well - to be able to motivate and persist the child through the rigor. I'd suggest the classroom option as that way you can leverage the AE teachers' and assistants' help and guidance in the most direct way. AE gives a lot of stress on foundational concepts instead of straightaway getting to practice papers and such.

Really great experience, however, it was initially difficult choice to commit to commuting all the way from Hampshire to Slough every week, my son has secured the places at all the desired schools that were also reflected in AE Test assessments. my son's teacher was Claire Castell, one of the really great teachers who provides honest feedback and assists where to focus more. My suggestion to AE is to focus more on getting test assessments/ tasks more on the electronic platforms to make it easier for parents to quickly view and provide feedback / ask any queries, etc. overall great experience.

It was a great journey with AE tuition for last one year. It helped Aaron to prepare for the 11+ exam. He cleared all the exams he sat and received a place in his 1st preferred school. AE tuition guide in each step of the journey. It was very focus and precise.

My both kids went AE tuitions and my sisters kids aa well. We are really happy and glad. The full programme of 11 plus is very well organised in each and every step. Ms Samantha Islam taught my both kids and we are very satisfied. If you really want your son or daughter to appear in 11 plus then AE Tution is highly recommendable along with your own dedication for your child.

AE helps kids build their foundation well before they sit in 11+ exams. It gives them right tools, books and coaching that helps enhance their knowledge. All their books cover topics extensively and test packs are great for additional practice near to time. Only suggestion would be try and cover the Maths workbooks in Year 5 much early on than leaving it till summer break. Maths and English coaching can be improved further.

Having had all three of mine pass with the help of AE tuition, I would highly recommend this centre. They provide ample resources. I used to leave a message in the diary if there was anything that we weren’t sure about and the staff would take my child aside and assist them further. One thing I would reiterate, it is very important to support your child at home as well as the centre. They are still very little and some of the work can be a little overwhelming. The centre cannot wave a magic wand, if the commitment is not there at home AE tuition will not be as effective.

My younger son, like his elder brother went to the AE Tuition and passed with flying colors. Yes, he is clever but AE provides children a very well-coordinated syllabus and study platform where children excel over the months and gain that confidence to cross the line.

AE Tuition is an excellent place for students to prepare themselves for grammar / independent school exams. Both my daughters passed their grammar school exams with flying colours. My son attended AE tuitions for his 11+ preparations for a complete year course in year 5. I think AE tuitions staff and material has helped my kid to get into the school which he was aiming for. This is a great 11+ school. Their courses are very intense so be prepared for your child to work hard but it certainly pays off at the end. I am surprised to see negative feedbacks on here as we didn't experience any of those issues. Course tutor and all assistants were very polite and helpful. We are left very pleased with this school

Really good tutors especially if you are targeting Slough or Bucks consortium. We were in Jackie H's class who was absolutely amazing. The assistants are always available when the child hasn't understood topics. The homework and test papers were really helpful towards the end of the course. Mock exams also helped. All in all very satisfied.

After enrolling my child for online course, initially I felt, I made the wrong choice, as I didn't feel that my child is actually learning however after the 11+ exams my child scored really well in the exams to my surprise. Looking back I could realize how AE Tuition helped my child to pass the exams. Although there are areas of improvement but overall I am satisfied. Personally I do not feel it works for every child and some of the children may struggle with the technique adopted. It is indeed expensive but can be rewarding at the end if your child passes the exam. For the GL exam, it felt like things could have been better. The focus is on Slough and Buckingshire schools.
