Was great at first. Helped me get my new server configured to my existing whmcs on another server. Then guy freaked out about someone was trying to hack his server and "reported me for fraud" within MINUTES of helping me get configured. He blocks IPs from every where outside US, which is why he was helping me configure my UK based server with his. Pretty sure this guy uses this tactic to take people's money and run with it. Update: he also blocked my IP entirely. Purchased on eBay. So far NO way to get money back BEWARE. To his reply: that is a lie and you know it. As soon as I confirmed my account was working you claimed the server went down. Yet I could still access your server, you then blocked my IP to make it appear that it was down. I checked isitdown website and it showed your server was still up.
