I recently purchased a pair of contact lenses, and I was super excited about receiving them. I have been wearing contacts for over 30 years. I know about contacts and how they feel when you put them in your eye. The one contact felt uncomfortable when I put in, but the other one was fine. I thought maybe I just had to let it adjust in my eye—second-day same uncomfortable feeling. I soak them with an optic solution overnight; maybe it would help. I text support a let them know the one lense was defective. Stephanie's support line specialist gave me such a hard time and kept assistant it was something I have done wrong. Wanting me to take pictures of the solution I use and my finger's contacts, I put it on the wrong side. I need to try Bio solution, and I try that too. My eye now has swelled up from the uncomfortable contact lens, and I have an infection in the eye. I sent pictures to Stephanie, not sympathetic at all, and she told me to send a prescription from previous contacts I wore. So I sent one of the daily contact and one of the yearly. She emailed me back and said that's why the contacts I received are yearly, which I know that and the prescription I sent her is yearly, instead of just sending me a new contact to replace the defective one. Stephanie lost a customer now. I will not order from here again. Lens.ME do not care once you pay the money. The way Stephanie handle this was not compassionate; she was only worried that she was not replacing the contact. Poor customer service. Stephanie has bad manners and should look on taking training classes on how to speak with customers.

I don't usually write reviews online, but this company deserves it. Their service is always incredibly good. I've been ordering lenses for years and their always top quality. The only I had an issue with a lens, they solved it in super quickly. I hope all companies were this good!

Absolutely LOVE this company. I've searched high and low for good colored contacts that are comfortable and not blurry! Welp, I found them! Not to mention they came express and were packaged very nicely. I will definitely be ordering again!!! Thank you lens me!

Amazing I just can’t get enough of this contacts

Amazing!! I bought two pairs from lens.me in the solotica natural colors and not only did they arrive in less than a week, they are so comfortable and look so natural its insane! I will say while the packaging is very upscale, it is a bit difficult to remove the contacts from the glass viles they are packaged in. However the product is well worth the price! Love them!
