The things that Karl teaches in the course are so relevant and can be put into practice by all manner of roles. I work as a Customer Success Manager and although I am not directly handling calls, the tools I've learnt will make me an exceptional CSM. I loved his tone, his storytelling and of course, his wisdom. The course platform is one of the best I've used, so easy to navigate from one module to another and go back on yourself. I feel empowered and I am so happy I took the time to complete this. I would highly recommend anyone in Customer Service or Success to take this course.

There is loads of valuable information, a really handy digital notebook for course notes, and some really great perspective that I had never considered. I'm really enjoying the course and am excited that there's a printable cheat sheet to help me at a glance going forward!

Now I REALLY do understand why handling complaints are so important and I now have the skills I need to turn complaints into great customer interactions. The course was broken down into bitesize chunks, so really easy to follow and the instructor added that personal touch by always being onscreen, not hiding behind PowerPoint slides you see in so many other online courses. I'm really looking forward to my free 25minutes of coaching I got as a bonus when buying the course.
