HAPPYNEON is truly a great company to work with. I created a custom design and needed a quicker than usual delivery time, which they did! Great service and cheaper than other companies. I would definitely use them again.

They were very communicative during the order processing, which I appreciated because it takes a lot of time to make and ship. The final product is beautiful - exactly what my husband wanted. The lighting is bright and vivid and it looks great in my husband's gaming area. It is well made and sturdy. I will be coming back to HAPPYNEON for other neon lights.

I was blown away with Flowers in Bloom from Happy Neon. The led was perfect and hung it in a newly remodeled kitchen. Item came with no hitches and arrived in time for the open house party. It looks fantastic. Would order from them again if the opportunity arises. No shipping problems, came packed very well.

I've used happyneon before, so I approached them for this neon, and they didn't disappoint. We wanted to get a special gift for a friend while she was in remission. The two neons I purchased were made to my instructions and shipped relatively quickly and well packaged from China, the other larger sized neon took longer to ship from Korea. I have to add, just wish it could have been made in the US so I could have just called and not had to email the sales person.

I ordered a Jordan Jump neon for my grandson, I chose the white neon but I received a red version. I was disappointed. But Emma quickly replied to my email and explained what each option meant and it turned out I had chosen the wrong color! I wish I had known about the options ahead of time.

Ordering a few days in advance is never a good idea if you want neon before Christmas, you need to be more than 3 weeks in advance! Other than that, neon is great! My daughter is super excited about it!

I feel desperate, I provided a UPS site address because I wasn't sure I would be home when the package arrived, but the package was taken by someone I don't know ...... I thought Happyneon was reliable, but UPS took a long time still couldn't find my package and Happyneon had to recreate a new neon for me. Although Happyneon's service was great, I'm still a little disappointed in the whole purchase, I waited too long.

The neon was great, but if you request to receive the neon on a specific date, it is recommended that you always contact HAPPYNEON in advance.I was very anxious the whole time I was waiting for the neon to arrive, I was really worried that the package wouldn't arrive before Christmas, well the package ended up arriving on time!

We initially ordered a neon sign, after which customer service contacted us and advised us on how to optimize the neon sign we ordered. They answered every question quickly and in the end, we received a product proposal with our own company logo. We were so impressed with the proposal that we immediately ordered it for both locations. The quality of the product delivered was excellent and looked exactly as we had imagined!

I called with an emergency shipment very late in the day and Rebecca (the person who I worked with) was willing to make a phone call to see what was possible and they got the neon sign out in time for us to receive the product at the site prior to our team leaving.
