United Kingdom | 13 December 2024They have cancella my order twice now, the first time with no explanation, and the second saying that my shipment would have to go through customs (not true because I live in Italy, the EU, and there’s no customs from their location!!) and they told me to select express shipping to avoid this (so basically they want more money?). I tried calling a million times to different numbers, no replies, the line goes dead. Please someone contact me!! I had ordered my Christmas presents I want to make sure they arrive.

Germany | 13 December 2024Ich bekomme immer wieder unerwünschte Werbung per Post von niche-beauty. Ebenso wurde nach meiner letzten Bewertung hier mein Name veröffentlicht und erst nach einer zweiten Bewertung wieder gelöscht. In den letzten 1.5 Jahren habe ich daher mehrfach dazu aufgefordert, dass meine Kundendaten gelöscht werden und die ständige Briefpost endlich eingestellt wird. Leider ist dies auch nach acht! Nachrichten von mir (nach jedem Werbebrief) nicht erfolgt - daher als Warnung nochmal: Dieses Unternehmen hat nicht nur einen unterirdisch schlechten Kundenservice, sondern ist dazu überhaupt nicht nachhaltig und veröffentlich und missbraucht die Daten seiner Kunden.

They responded very quickly and offered a great solution that not only resolved my problem but also left a very positive impression. The service is top-notch, and I will definitely be ordering again! E poi niente busta, niente confezione regalo, niente fiocco. Questi non sono dettagli quando si tratta di articoli di lusso

Netherlands | 10 December 2024I can not and will not continue to order from this company. The customer service alone is 0 stars. I managed luxury retail cosmetics for over 20 years. If my business was operated like this I would have been out of a job. The site has many brands that I have used for many years in the states and that can be hard to get living in Europe. That's why I have ordered from this site so many times. But the service is just horrible. Orders are hit or miss with timely shipping. Products sent can be sent in the wrong shade. I have reached out multiple times for two separate orders ( 1 of which I still do not have in my possession) Client service does not respond. This is a promise that I will never order from Niche again. Stock up in the states is my new motto! I am speaking of my emails here in December that have gone unanswered. Funny how Niche can only respond when they get a negative review on trust pilot

Australia | 09 December 2024I purchased a cosmetic pack for my wife for Christmas worth $180 only to receive totally different product. The product we received was not even remotely close to what we order, it was of the same value I paid, but the item ordered was on sale and supposedly worth $300, I am far worse off and could have purchased elsewhere. I emailed them only to be told they had sold out of the gift pack we ordered so they sent us an equal value item, Hello I didn't want this item. I have emailed them a dozen times since asking for a refund but no reply. This company is extremely unethical, I just wish I had read these reviews before buying, look elsewhere, too risky.

Greece | 08 December 2024On 11/29/24 I placed two orders at niche beauty with a difference of a few hours between them. The first order arrived to me normally. Today as I write this it is 12/08/24 and I have not received any update about my second order. I sent them an email asking what happened to my second order, they never answered, I called them three times they never answered, I sent them a message on instagram they never answered!!! The customer service department is rather non-existent, there is no other explanation… I don't think I will make purchases from niche beauty again!

United Kingdom | 07 December 2024Disappointing experience in so many ways! I really loved their website especially as I order a lot of Westman Atelier beauty products! But forget about the beauty deal, they don't ship apparently to the UK claiming logistics even though this doesn't show up at on their website. If you have damaged item their solution, if you are ever lucky to get a response, here is 20% off your next order. I cant join the niche club because they have their weird pop-up that confirms I am from the UK and redirect my page over and over. Maybe they don't care so much about UK customers to give them the same advantages/access to beauty deals and access to memberships. I just made another westman atelier order elsewhere because the whole experience was so frustrating!! EDIT. I never asked for reshipment. I asked to include it in my next delivery. But you do not want to send it even with a new order period. If beauty deals and club memberships do not apply to the UK. You should clearly exclude these from your website, and be honest with your customers. You never gave a voucher for this mistake for the records.

Germany | 07 December 2024An sich ein toller Shop mit Produktvielfalt, leider scheint kein oder nur sehr eingeschränkter Kundenservice vorhanden zu sein, es ist mir unmöglich jemanden ans Telefon zu bekommen, entweder wird automatisch direkt aufgelegt oder es geht niemand ran. Gibt mir zu denken, ob ich dann in Zukunft nicht doch lieber wo anders bestelle.
