Egycards LTD is a fraud, I pay for a card I never got and they answer to my complaint 3 years later that now it's too late to do anything, thieves!!

I bought a Amex gif card and they sent it to me, but it is practically useless, I have not been able to use it anywhere, I contacted the support and it is crap, they only replied: "Hi, where are you from. Regards", after that they disappeared. I bought the card to use it, not to have it for decoration, in another place if I had a similar incident they would have changed the card for one that would work or they would have given me a refund, here you lose your money. Be very careful with this, they can send you the product but if you have problems, forget that they give you a solution.

I've ordered a **generic** prepaid mastercard with a value of 100$. Upon receiving the code the one that I got was for a **MAX** mastercard prepaid usable only in U.S specific stores. Suddenly right after my purchase the product name was changed to MAX. After asking for a refund due to an incorrect product received, I was declined and left with an incorrect product. I strongly refrain everyone from using this service.
