First of all I would like to thank this company for their patience and understanding. For many months I had been in a very difficult financial situation because I had 4 family members passed away. They were very patience with me and stopped the calls. They were very professional and gave me a discount that I am very grateful for again thank you for your patience and understanding.

For a debt collector this business is really not that bad. I really haven’t received very many phone calls about my debit, but I have received a lot of emails. They really try to work with you as far as offers go. They took my debt and gave me the option to cut it in half and pay payments on the debt cut in half. I am really happy with the offer of half off the debt I owe and they will delete the collection off of my credit report once I make the last payment on the account, and that is amazing. I am trying to pay off some of my collections so that I can buy a house within a year and delete after payment in full is received is what I want to hear!!! That make my credit get alittle bump up in the right direction, and now if only I could get the rest of my collection to get on board with something like this I could get a lot of stuff off my credit report and get a score that will help me buy a house!!!!

I like how they give you options on the perfect payment plan for your budget. And also send you a written consent to your agreement you made with them. The day your payments will come out your account. I am now able to pay back the money I owe, to clear my name.
