I was told on 1-29-24 that my future payments were deactivated. When I then got an email around 3-8-24 stating that my payment was coming out on the 13th, I then sent another email and was told “rest assured although the payments didn’t get deactivated the last time you requested, they have been now“ so I was not expecting a payment to come out of my account on 3-14-24. In turn completely inconvenienced me, caused me to lose my $200 deposit, & stopped my Chihuahuas periodontal surgery. *Update* I do understand that sometimes things are messed. There has not been any issues or problems since last month so that’s why I wanted to edit my review that was initially pretty harsh. They also did stop my automatic payments.

Even though you have me payment options I could have used a lower payment due to my finances. $114.93 is a bit steep for me but $50 per month would have helped it better.
