Easy to understand!!

In my opinion, I feel one of the reasons most people don’t accept a payment plan is because most companies require a payment right away before letting you set up a payment arrangement. With Halstead, they allow you to set up a payment arrangement with giving you time before starting your initial payment which is awesome! I set up a payment arrangement today, but my first payment doesn’t come out for another 2 weeks so it gives me time to ensure I have money to come out. I love being able to choose my plan without talking on the phone. Makes so decision making so much easier!

Very affordable

For being a creditor, the options to pay off my debt were affordable, but making my own plan was even better! The website is super easy to use.

They made it easy to be able to take care of my account and all with out having to talk to anyone.

Like most people COVID hit us hard and we ended up with delinquent credit card accounts, but getting an email to be able to handle this made it super easy for someone who works during the day and can't take those dang calls. Thankfully I only have 1 other account for like $28 that I have no idea who it is for, but if it were this easy I would have had it paid years ago.
