Jacob has been great to work with, we are a fairly new practice only been operating for a few months. We were having issues getting paid by insurance companies. Jacob assured us he would be able to help, in September we received less than $1,000 in payments from insurance companies and so far through October Jacob and his team has gotten us almost $3,000. On top of that he has been great helping us with our Medicare issue which we believe is finally resolved. Jacob sends us reports daily to keep us informed on what they are doing for us.

Finn Garrison has done an outstanding job credentialing me. Amongst my peers I am the only one credentialed for all insurance that comes before me. He is always available to respond to questions and does so quickly. Always a pleasure.

For Credentialing. They are very prompt. As a first year Start up practice, they did an excellent job. One thing most physicians need to consider is that on their side, they are very quick, but from the insurance side is usually very slow.

Tyson Stewart from Belmedx credentialing department was polite and was great with timely responses. He was able to answer my questions and if he did not know the answer he found it and got back to me timely as well. I would work with him again and recommend him to a friend.

I initially found Bell MedEx when I was looking for a third party to handle our contracting & credentialing needs, and they seemed to be one of the only companies that were willing/able to handle what I required. To start, I gave my credentialing specialist, Tyson Stuart, a list of payers we needed to be in network & credentialed with, and he took it from there. Throughout the process I was able to reach out to him, Crystal Rainbow, or anyone assigned to my company and get updates as needed. Letting another company handle contracting & credentialing was difficult at first, but as I got to know my Bell MedEx team more, I became more comfortable & trusted their process. Is the work perfect? Of course not, as we're dealing with insurance companies here. However, I know without a doubt my company would be in trouble if we did not partner with Bell MedEx, and they're certainly much more skilled at this than I ever could be, not to mention the amount of time saved not having to manage this part of my business. Tyson Stuart knows how the contracting & credentialing process works, and does include me in decision making & proofing as needed and provides regular & on-demand updates. I strongly recommend having Bell MedEx credential your company with a couple of payers to see how they can work for you. I'm thankful I did. Since we've had success with credentialing, we decided to hire Bell MedEx to bill for a couple of our programs & clinics...again, while not perfect, my team here is very responsive and seems willing to take direction & advice from me as needed. I believe a part of the initial "growing pains" came from expecting Bell MedEx to jump right in with our EHR, which they hadn't used before, and take over a major part of our operation. Yes it took time, patience, back & forth communication on what I needed done & how, but I'd rather take more time up front to make sure billing is done the way I need to see it done, and then let the experts here do their thing. When I request updates on claims, I nearly always get a response that day, or within 24 hours, & they are always just a phone call away. It's important to note, a major selling point is Bell MedEx was willing to do a la carte billing for specific programs & codes, not "all or nothing." Big shout out to Oscar Leo, Nick Jones, and the rest of their team who are doing a great job on our billing! To summarize, I've never once heard "no, we can't do that." Most everything I've requested has been given a "Yes, no problem. We can do that" response. While I believe no service is perfect, and I don't have any experience with other billing & credentialing services, Bell MedEx has been accommodating with all of my requests & needs, listened to my concerns & addressed them quickly, and has overall been a great choice for my company at this time. I hope we will be able to work with Bell MedEx for years to come as we grow. I recommend you give them a shot to see if they can do for your company what they've done for mine.

Our medical practice has had the pleasure of working with BellMedEx credentialing team for all of our payer contracting and credentialing needs. Finn Garrison and the team at Bellmedex have provided us with outstanding service, professional guidance, and most importantly ... prompt results. We recommend BellMedEx to any office / group who are dealing with Major Medical and Medicare payers.

Bellmedex doesn't want our office staff to correct errors made in filing. But we have to do the legwork in order for you to correct them. Then contact you with information to refile. That isn't always done in a timely enough manner to meet filing deadlines. It's frustrating. It causes us extra work to gather the information readily available to you on AdvancedMD, consolidate it into a coherent email & then send to you. Where you might or might not finish the job in time to meet deadline.
