Easy to use web site , easy to pay with PayPal, delivery was quick and order was correct

Vapestore were reliable and fast, unfortunately the courier they chose was Evri, who were neither reliable or fast! We had an email last Saturday to say they had the parcel and would deliver on Monday, this was rescheduled late on Monday to Tuesday. That delivery didn’t happen and another email said they would deliver Wednesday. We heard nothing Wednesday or Thursday so Thursday afternoon we went onto Evri live chat. It was finally delivered Friday afternoon. I have never given Vapestore fewer than 5* previously but I won’t be ordering again if they continue to use Evri.

Excellent as always, however not a fan of new website hard to negotiate around and a bit unclear points balance etc other than that good.
