Outstanding customer service…. My order hadn’t arrived after Ebro had received it. They told me delivery would be later than the time stated & 4 days later I still didn’t have it…. I contacted vapestore customer service to see if they could help me track it. I spoke with Chloe & her service was excellent. I was sent another package & it arrived within 24 hours…. I didn’t need it but it sealed the deal that in the future I will only use this store for my orders. The site is easy to navigate & delivery is quick. If for some reason there is an issue, customer service get back to you so quickly & efficiently. Thank you Chloe… Highly recommend….

Convenient, variety, reasonably priced

I moved to an electronic cigarette around 15 years ago, beacause of the saving from purchasing cigarettes I always supported my local vape store, however, financially I can no longer miss out on the considerable saving and choice the vape store provides. The absolute deal maker was stocking a favourite flavour that most shops have discontinued. My product arrived well packaged in a timely manner.

I can't really relate to calling an internet order an experience. I ordered some stuff, it arrived really quickly, my wife took the delivery. Now if that can be classed as an experience, then every waking moment could probably be so described. Vapestore had the vaping devices to satisfy my cravings, they offered free postage and delivered, via courier, quite quickly. I also received loyalty points making future purchases less expensive. always buy my vape salts from here, had one problem with non delivery due to courier (evri) called vapestore and they instantly sent out my order again, received the next day, no hassle just good customer service.
