The install crews arrived at my home a little later in the morning than I had expected, however, they went straight to work, worked through lunch and continued to just before dusk. The crew was professional and was careful to avoid damaging my plants around my home and took care to place tarps to catch most of the shingles, nails and scraps from the project. The office handled all my insurance paperwork and all i had to do was drop of the check after it was mailed.

Solid company. I had 3 quotes done and these guys offered the best warranty. The installers showed a day later than discussed however everything was still finished earlier than expected. I would recommend them again.

The girls in the office were incredibly pleasant. I had a lot of questions about the financing and they were very helpful and made it a lot easier of a process. It took about a week to schedule and the roofers were here and gone in two days. Everyone was very professional and friendly. There was some extra shingles left on the side of the house when I called they sent someone over that day to clean up the mess.

After interviewing NINE....that's right NINE other Roofing Contractors to replace my 24 year old roof on a home I own in Palm Coast, FL, I ended up selecting North Florida Roofing to complete the job. They were certainly not the least expensive, but for me, they were the RIGHT company to do the job. My decision was not solely dependent on the fact that they are the ONLY roofing contractor in North Florida that carries the Platinum Preferred rating by Owens Corning, and it definitely was not the price. What won me over was their customer service excellence in addition to the time they took (before I even committed) to educate me and answering a lot of my questions I had using all of the other information that I received from the other eight contractors and what they were going to offer. At the end of the day, I didn't feel like someone was trying to sell me a bunch of bull. And through the process, they were in touch with me every step of the way. Initially due to several days of rainy weather, my roof replacement and install was set for about two weeks out. But after I called and emphasized that there were leaks throughout the house, they scheduled the install over the next few days as an emergency. Prior to that, the came to the house to cover those leaky areas with tarp. I was so happy and relieved! From my initial contact with Ray K,, Sales to dealing with Marianna V., Office Personnel and even with the Owner, Mark, I knew I was in good hands. They were all very professional and took the time to explain and educate me on this entire roof process. I absolutely love Marianna...her customer service goes above and beyond. I ask ALOT of questions and she took the time to answer ALL of them and if she didn't known the answer, she would research and ALWAYS get back to me. She even sent me pictures of the job completion to put my mind at ease. I certainly hope I do not have to replace another roof on my other Florida properties, but if I do, I will be calling North Florida Roofing again.

Everyone I interacted with at North Florida Roofing was pleasant and accommodating. The roofing crew worked steadily for 12 1/2 hours with a short break for lunch and to my surprise completed my roof and cleanup in one day. They returned the following day to double check for nails around my property and the trailer full of trash from the old roof was removed promptly. I would recommend them.

The installation of the new roof went as planned and it looks really nice. They also were responsible for having the living room ceiling patched and painted and again, the work was very good. I found everyone in the company easy to deal with and very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing job!

A few annoying but workable bumps. We had no clue when the job would begin until we woke up to a trailer in our driveway 3 days before the job began. That was lack of communication from the workers with the sales rep though. The workers also did not cover our brand new AC unit, nails got into the unit but luckily there was no damage. The workers also broke my son's cement hand print stepping stone :(. The sales rep was very quick to resolve our complaints though. There were some final billing issues as well. My bank messed up, releasing the remaining balance in the roofing escrow account instead of the remaining balance of the invoice. What I don't understand is how no one with North Florida Roofing, from billing dept. on up, did not catch the fact that they were over paid $1200. I caught this error and contacted our sales rep and the owner to resolve this issue. They were very swift and apologetic for the error. The error was corrected within the week. Overall, the roof is beautiful. The service was swift. Despite a few bumps we are overall satisfied with the end result!
