United Kingdom | 02 January 2024After having no hot water since before the New Year Bank Holiday weekend. We contacted the manufacturers of our electric combi boiler this morning, and they put us in touch with Icozi. Having explained the situation, Chris at Icozi managed to arrange for a technician to come out to us, straight away today. Steve was here by lunch time and had the problem sorted within an hour! He also provided helpful information about our boiler, that we hadn't previously known. All in all a great job, and speedy efficient service. We will definitely be using Icozi again!

United Kingdom | 01 December 2023Highly recommend this company James was excellent and very helpful and he sorted out the Boiler and all in working order etc nothing was too much trouble when asking him questions about the boiler etc the scout group would like to say thanks and they have saved some money on the one off repair and the extra money they had left over will now be put toward the young people for there end of year activities next month thanks James

He spent time explaining everything, answered all my questions and got our heaters up and running. Very grateful for his work and I would recommend him and Icozi to anyone if they need any work done or anything repaired.
