Your web site appeared to be accurate but after receiving the part that didn't fit I feel the web design needs some work. I will says that the shipping was timely. BUT most of all, and I can't stress this enough, is the great customer service I received from Domonique Smith. She was understanding, timely in her responses, provided helpful tips with my issues and professional. If she is indicative of OSCARO's way of doing business I'll probably give the company another chance when shopping for truck parts as well as telling others of my experience. The reason I gave 4-stars instead of 5 is because the web site assured me that the part I ordered would fit my truck. It was a replacement windshield arm, not exactly an exotic or difficult truck part. Why OSCARO even received 4-star's is because of Ms. Smith's great follow-up customer service.

I ordered shocks and struts for a 2007 Nissan Titan because all of the repair shops around here wanted between $1050 and $1200 to do the job. When I saw that Oscaro had the exact same parts for half the price l immediately decided to do it myself. The shipment arrived quickly and everything was as discribed.
