they sent wrong item that was intended for someone else, and my item was supposed to be a stick on front plate bracket, but I would need to drill holes on the front of a plastic bumper on a new Corvette "aint gonna happen" then because of the way they emailed me a return label, that label wont work at any Fedex drop off, I had to drive 7 miles to return at a special Fedex drop off to get the correct label, never again

Ordered the radiator and it arrives 4 days later. I had previously ordered it from Amazon.com and two weeks later and after constantly saying the order was going to be fileed each and every day, I had to cancel it. Thanks Oscaro group. The part that I ordered could not be used on our car, due to a problem with the car not the part. I was sent pre paid info to send the part back, was refunded with no problem.

Great prices and warranties. Only down side is that neither of my 2 purchases had there shipping information updated on the website. The parts did show up quickly, within 3 days and at Christmas too. I never did receive an email confirmation that either had shipped only an email that my order was placed and that I would receive shipping info when available. I have just installed the parts, will have to see how they hold up.
