my 2003 Volvo XC V70 needed rotors and pads all the way around. I decided to check availability and cost on line. Oscaro was one of the vendors that came up on my search. I was surprised that they asked for my vin number. Once I posted the vin up came my car! My search revealed that Oscaro actually afforded a kit that contained everything that I needed. I consulted with the on-line staff member and he told me that the parts that I researched were an exact match to my car!! Easy!!

I purchased two catalytic converters for my 2002 BMW 745li that were supposed to be direct fit. The right way perfect. The left however was not. My mechanic contacted the customer reps and it was to be all fixed by sending in my old catalytic converter and they would fabricate a new left side catalytic converter. They sent us labels for return and now have been waiting a month for replacement correct direct fit catalytic converter. My mechanic has been placed on hold for over an hour times to get know where. I have not had my car for two months now. Horrible response time in resolving the matter.

other sites have the exact same part for less even with their shipping and I don't think I'm buying again unless they have a special offer and its the same or less

Was looking for vintage AC filters and Oscaro came up on the internet, checked out the website and gave them a try. Ordered two filters and they came in a few days just as ordered and described. Looking forward to using them next time.

Heard a lot of advertizing and thought I would try them out. Finding what I wanted was not that hard for a site I never used. Got the order to free shipping size and purchase. Then got an email that 2 of the parts were not in stock, the ones I really needed. The other items were shipped separate and took 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. If I had to get something from them I will, but will not be my 1st choice.

Email order confirmation was correct and had the correct delivery address, but order never arrived and was in fact returned to Oscaro by Fedex because of an incorrect address. When we contacted Oscaro, they insisted that we had supplied them with an incorrect address and refused to re-ship the package unless we gave them an alternate address. After insisting that our address was valid, they got back to us and said that the warehouse had a "typo" in the address, and it was corrected and finally arrived. The customer service was rude, insisting that the problem was ours, and the parts finally arrived well over a week later than expected.

I ordered a set of front brake pads and rotors for my 2002 Chevy Venture minivan. The pads arrived the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend and the rotors were tracking for delivery the next day (Friday) via FedEx Ground service. Unfortunately, attempted delivery failed because Oscaro had erroneously addressed the shipping label. By the time I learned of the failed delivery and contacted Oscaro, it was too late to ship another set of rotors for Saturday delivery or ask FedEx to reattempt delivery. I had to wait for the next weekend to do the brake job. To its credit, my Oscaro representative tried his best to remedy the situation. He explained such errors are extremely rare and gave me a 20% order credit as compensation for Oscaro's error. The rotors arrived the next business day (4 days later) and the brake job was completed the following Saturday morning.

Clearly ordered G61 glow plugs and someone in the warehouse crossed out G61 on the order form and transcribed G9. Totally wrong item for my disiel. Now waiting for my refund.
