Very good customer service but there is a communication gap between ordering and shipping. On my original order I asked for overnight shipping and received my shipment a week later. Ordered on Friday and was told I would be sent a shipping no when order was shipped. Called on monday and was told shipping no would be in my email. Thinking my order would arrive on Tuesday because of weekend. Received my shipping no on Tuesday and it showed I would not receive my order till Thursday. Called you back and was told they would overnight another order on Wednesday but agent did not follow up with shipping department and received both orders on Thursday. My wife has been with out a car for a week due to this shipping mix up. Talked to Clay and he offered to reimburse the money for the parts but I had received parts and didn't feel right not paying for parts I did receive. He reimbursed shipping and offered me a 25% off coupon on my next order. I will use your company again due to you Customer service agents but you do need to correct the communication between them and shipping.

Not only was my order processed almost immediately, it was delivered within a minimum period of time. The parts were of extremely good quality from a respected supplier. Will definitely be looking at this company when my need for parts arises again.

I needed a part for a 2003 Car, i got two quotes #1 379.00 #2 406.00, when i explained this to the parts debt rep i was very impressed with his knowledge of my problem, after a breif confersation i ordered my 150.00 oxygen sensor. received it two days later installed it remembering the talk with the parts rep and finished the task in 20 mins. Car running fine. The quotes i got, one from a dealor the other from a referred machanic. I know business is about making money but 1and a half hrs to install a sensor, that took me 20, on advice of your parts rep, all i can say is I,ll be back. Thanks for taking the time to listen to a 59 year old who hates to be taken advantage of or rather crapped on. I feel gooood! Ps the free shipping and handeling an unexpected bonus.

I ordered a part on a Thursday and it said that I would receive a separate email with shipping information. That email didn't come on Thursday or on Friday, but I did see that my credit card had indeed been charged. I waited until the end of the day (Eastern time) and after I still had not received a shipping email, I called to find out that it had indeed been shipped the previous Friday, and was set to arrive the next day, a Tuesday. Box was received in good condition and the parts worked great.

A friend sent me an email with the Oscaro link a few months ago. Recently I decided to place an order for some parts I needed to see if their service was good. I was pleased with locating the parts I needed on their web site and placed the order. I received an email with tracking information a few days later. Within a week of placing the order my parts arrived at my home. I feel that I received value for the price I paid when compared to several chain auto parts suppliers. I intend to recommend Oscaro to others looking for reasonable prices for name brand replacement parts.
