If I had to deal with the Mercedes dealer I just wouldn't buy some of these parts.... On top of that is the speed that you receive the parts you've ordered... The next day..... Perfect!

United States | 26 April 2014I placed an order online, but needed clarification on it so I called the company. I was give the uttermost respect. The cust rep had patience and helped me without me every feeling rushed. I am a woman and I never felt I was being a bother because I had lots of questions and even duplicate questions. I shipped to an incorrect address and the cust rep was soooo helpful at helping me get the order picked up and reshipped to the correct address. I received a call once the order was scheduled for pickup and I also received an email confirming the same. I had to reorder products and I was called to be informed the reorder was shipped and I also received an email confirming the same. I was informed that I had not properly order ALL the needed parts with my order and I was given the opportunity to order those missing parts and get them included in my same order. I have never gotten this type of attention from anyone and the customer service rep was sooooo polite, caring and patient it was just unbelievable. This is what makes this the Best Customer Service EVER.

United States | 24 April 2014I placed my order and paid on the 21st of April, within an hour of placing I called to modify it (removed an part I did not need). The rep assured me he would make the modification and that I would be charged accordingly upon it being shipped the next day. I called the next morning to follow up, this rep confirmed the order. Here we are on the April 23rd and my order has not been processed and my appointment has already been made for Saturday in accordance with the "worse case" scenerio in regards to estimated arrival.

United States | 20 April 2014Searched the internet looking for the best price for Monroe front Struts. I thought wouldn't find a better deal than what was offered through Rockauto. Not sure how I found the Oscaro's business, but I'm glad I did. Best Monroe strut prices. I bought a compete front set of Monroe strut, spring, mount assemblies. Easiest strut change I've ever done. Might buy a set of Monroe front struts for my wife's 2007 Azera. In the future I will definitely check Oscaro's prices when buying parts for our 2002 F-150, XLT 4X4, 2007 Hyundai Azera and 2005 Malibu Maxx LT.

They have an unbelievable selection of parts that I couldn't find anywhere else. The prices I've paid are very reasonable and their shipping couldn't be quicker. Add to that the frequent discount coupons that they've emailed me and they are now the first place I turn to when I work on any of my vehicles from a regular Honda to my Unimog.

United States | 10 April 2014After pricing replacement rear shocks at several after market outlets and one auto repair place and not happy with the pricing, I decided to shop online. I came across Oscaro and was impressed with the pricing for the pair of the rear shocks. I decided to buy, however I could not determine if the shocks I had looked up were the correct ones for my 2006 Ford pick-up and called customer service. The individual that helped me was knowledgable and very helpful. He eveh called me right back to make sure I was aware the price included both rear shocks. I received my order in about 5 business days.

That was no more than 40 minutes after making the order. They couldn't get it cancelled. Now I need to pay return cost of shiiping to get my refund. Something fishy here.
