We recently took a family trip to Singapore and Malaysia with fewrooms. Mr. Riaz was very helpful from the get-go. They are very flexible about the itinerary and customized it according to our need and suggestion. The visa process was also very smooth and quick. The drivers/guides provided were very friendly and informative. You can approach them with anything you need regarding the travel, and they will help you out 24/7. One suggestion would be that they can explicitly remind us regarding the no free check-in baggage on some of the flights. People like us always think that we get free check-in along with the ticket.

Riaz was very helpful and coordination extremely well.The hotel in Makkah was excellent but could have been better in Madinah. The train from makkah to medina would have been a better option with pickup and drop to the train station.
