I used one of their units for 5 months when I was in the long process of selling my old address and moving to a new one. Friendly company with good communication. I don't drive, so one of the guys met me in the beginning to show me the units so I could choose the right sized one for my stuff. I got confused re: my Direct Debit with them once and made an extra payment by mistake, which they were quick to sort out for me. I found them similarly helpful and expedient in refunding an overpayment when I no longer needed the storage and ended my contract. The units themselves are up a track next to a farm in Dyce, with locked gates accessible by security code, monitored by camera as per. Google Maps/Sat Nav is your friend re: the location!

Highly recommended! I've found this company online, spoke to Edwin and told him what I was looking for. They didn't have any small storages available but they've had bigger ones which I am glad I went for at the end! I was really desperate at the time. Very easy transaction, we've signed the contract couple of days later, I've transferred the deposit and got the key for the storage. Easy access, plenty of space at the yard to move things around. Pleasure to do business with and I'd be using Storage123 in future if I'd need to. Thank you again.

Very easy to deal with, straight forward and much cheaper than anywhere else. Have been renting a container for 4 months now to store stuff whilst we move house and have no complaints. Recommended.
