Did the order to get the 2006 Amorone - and added 2 just to try your service more. The Amorone was struck from the order and the other 2 were sent to me. I'd have cancelled those 2, with the out-of-stock, if given the choice.

I ordered the 2010 Barbaresco. My cart said ‘Barbaresco’, the three emails regarding delivery updates said Barbaresco, BUT, what was actually delivered was a Barolo. I specifically ordered the Barbaresco to replace a bottle in my brother’s wine cellar. He and I had discussed this purchase of Barbaresco, and then when he got the Barolo he was 1. disappointed in me 2. dissatisfied with the delivery Score 1 star for Estate Wine Brokers Very dissatisfied, would not recommend this wine broker. However, after I contacted EWB to complain and told them how my experience with them was below standard, they did offer to try and fix it. However my brother rejected their offer as unreasonable. He did not want a stranger stopping by his home. That said I raise my rating of EWB to 3 stars. They offered one solution and it was not enough.

Had problems placing an out-of-state order so I left a message requesting assistance. Response came very quickly and changes were made allowing me to place my order. The wine arrived well packaged and was exactly what I had ordered. THANK YOU!

They offer a decent selection of wines, but their prices tend to be a bit higher than other stores in the area. Additionally, the customer service was just average, as the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about the wines they had in stock.
