Every aspect of computer monitoring is included such as screenshots, logging options, microphone recording, website usage & the list goes on. The reports are complete & easy to understand & have a wide variety of options. Monitoring from a remote location is possible by adding cloud access. Should a question come up, they have very knowledgeable tech support that are ready to help. I have compared Spyagent to other loggers & Spyagent has the most options by far & that's important as every situation differs in how we use the software. I am very happy with Spyagent & the cloud access. Thank You! Seth

United States | 10 May 2019Amazing support! Spytech’s Keystroke Spy software had a little glitch on the Mac side. I contacted support thinking I might not hear back from them for 48 hours…. BUT within hours they contacted me and we worked together to fix the issue and then they created a new build for everybody to enjoy the fix. Great Customer support! Software delivers what it promises.
