I have been using BS for two years now. It is the best supplement I have found for my chronic gastritis which I have had for the last 20 years. Until I find about Black Stuff I was constantly using Omeprazole, especially in the spring and autumn seasons when my symptoms got worse. I have been taking black stuff for more than a month now and I have noticed that I require much less food than previously. I used to eat 3 to 4 times a day and i would snack very often, but since takeing black stuff I eat 2 times a day. I also have noticed that it is easier to controll stress or temper. Black stuff for microbiome health is truly amazing product me and my kids using for years now.
