having lots of bugs, support is also the worst.....never listen to customers 1- New messages are not highlighted with a dark color, making it hard to see which ones are unread. 2- A single message showing multiple times in inbox 3-We can't see more details about the sender, such as their email id, business info, etc. 4- We can't add labels to our messages, which makes it difficult to organize and filter them. 5-The software is very slow and unresponsive, and we have to refresh it every time we send or receive a message, as the messages show up multiple times or not at all. 6-very limited features, not helpful at all 7- Many documents are not visible in the inbox, and we can't open or download them. 8-Automated replies are not shown in the inbox, so we don't know if the customer received our message or not.

They take your money and disappear. Worst company, worst support and no refund. Do not buy ever. Not recommended at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with Growby.net. The customer service is practically nonexistent—they don’t reply to any of your inquiries, which makes resolving any issues impossible. Even worse, the chat history isn’t stored permanently, so you lose important conversations, adding to the frustration. When I finally did get through, the customer service representatives simply ignored my questions. I would not recommend Growby.net to anyone looking for reliable support or service.

While creating new Templates for campaigns - it was not apporved. Inspite of repeated mails, Chat messages no support from GROWBY team . Response to phone calls are poor. Bad service.

1-Never receive a call after-sale 2- Message not sending most of the time 3- Inbox has many bugs like file not supported, message not sent, very slow to work.... 4- Support is worst i have ever seen, i had purchase 1 year ago but till now they did not fixed issue and never recieve call and reply mail , whatsapp....Please don't waste your time and money search any good company- thanks
