Edit: This company did end up responding to me, and gave me a refund. That's a good sign. I was worried because it took a few days. This seems like a legitimate tutoring site, however there seems to be a slight language barrier and sometimes lagging of the screen. I'm wondering if the tutors actually live in the US, maybe not? That might be why there was so lagging. I think it will be great for many students, we decided to look elsewhere. This company will not respond back to my emails to cancel our account. It feels very scammy. It feels like they just want my money and are avoiding my emails and messages. I even downloaded Whatsapp which I have never used before in attempt to get a hold of some customer service and still no reply. I just want our money back, and for my card to be off their site.

Ms Monica is a fantastic Teacher and a good rep for this company. She has good connections engaging my daughter all through her learning . I think the world needs more Teachers like Ms Monica. I am going to sign up .

I am beyond thrilled Brighterly is available to my child. Gerard is very engaging, patience, knowledgeable. My sons grade has gone up in Math in just a few short weeks. Even more importantly, his excitement for math is back. Gerard and Brighterly is such a life saver!

Our kids have taken individual classes for the last 6 months, and we have been very happy. Cristina the teacher have been fabulous, very patient, and focused on helping my son truly understand math. The slides for the Math program are visually appealing, well structured, and have lots of practice problems. If I could give it a 10 instead of 5 I would give it. Our experience with Brighterly has been good. Its easy to schedule classes & teacher we got is very polite & sincere. The online tools used during class are kids friendly & helpful. They also accommodate request for type & quantity of homework. Overall good experience so far

We LOVE Brighterly. My 8 year old has gained so much confidence in math thanks to this program. Her tutor Naqsh is AMAZING!! My child is excited for her lesson each week, and we have seen an increase in her math scores at school.
