Being a plus size over 50, I was really worried about turning up for my first few Bootcamp sessions! Turns out I was stressing unnecessarily. The classes are welcoming, cater to all levels and great fun. I am pushing myself to improve week on week with the support of Ollie the instructor and I am loving it. Membership is a good deal too, much cheaper than the local gyms. All in all highly recommended.

I saw an add on social media and thought I’d give it a go! The offer was too good to miss. Signing up was easy and communication with the providers was great. I went along to my first session alone. But it didn’t matter as the atmosphere was so friendly and open. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. I found myself really enjoying it and working hard. Ollie the group trainer is so friendly, welcoming and makes the sessions fun because he has giggle with you and is there to support you throughout-as are is colleagues. Each session is different and the hour passes within the blink of an eye. It’s easy to work out surrounded by friendly people who couldn’t care less if you’re not a gym bunny! Your ability doesn’t matter-there is no judgement just encouragement, team spirit, hard work and often a lot of laughter. Working out three times a week with Ollie and the Worthing group has been the best thing I’ve done this year. I feel so much better in myself and actually find myself feeling like I’m missing out if I can’t get there. I did my free trial and signed up as a member pretty soon after as it’s cost affective, great exercise and the session times really work for me. I can already see an improvement in my ability and look forward to seeing how this progresses. Give it a go as if you don’t you’ll never know!

Trainer Alin is amazing! Lorena is also fabulous. Always varied and fun. Alin creates a great atmosphere. I don’t like exercising, but now have found something I enjoy!

Great host (Lou) that leads very challenging but achievable sessions. It's great to be improving my fitness while surrounded by other like minded people. Glad I've discovered the Bootcamp team!

I’ve been going to BCUK Maidstone for a couple of years. Had about 6 months off due to having a little one. I forgot how amazing the sessions are for calming the mind after a hectic day, so good for mental health. Charley & Coral are fantastic instructors. Every session is different and challenging. Really good atmosphere and good social side. The good thing is it caters for all fitness levels. There is no judgement, just a bunch of people who enjoy exercising outside. The main benefit I find is mental health, the other (apart from what I’ve already mentioned) is I’m fitter and I’ve lost weight. At 10 sessions for £10 you’ve got absolutely nothing to lose.

Love it, fantastic group of people and brilliant instructing. It kicks my butt each session and makes me want to go back for more. Did not believe that working out, outside in rain or shine would be so much fun. I highly recommend it! 🥰🥰💪🙌

I was made to feel very welcome on arrival to boot camp by Dan (manager) and the team. Great communication and easy to become a member. First bootcamp session was intense but was made fun. The team was very supportive. Looking forward to my boot camp journey :)

Such welcoming and kind staff. I did not feel i had to be fit. I was looked after by all. The communication before i went was also excellent.

Excellent experience, lou that is the instructor at the site I attend is on the ball, friendly but makes you work hard. (Don't sit down during rest as I found out 🙃) All the people I have met so far taking part are welcoming and friendly also, huge group, gives motivation aswell All in all, highly recommended, great way to get fit

I like that bootcamp combines weights with cardio and the sessions are changed up each time so no boring routine. The workouts are challenging in a good way and working out with a group motivates me to push myself harder and get out of that comfort zone.

I'm not into Gyms as it can be quite time consuming but to have an intense one hour whole body session, it is much more convenient. Plus the crowd in Fleet are a good friendly bunch.

ROBBIE'S BRACKNELL BOOTCAMP what I like is that it is an inexpensive way to get fit in the open air.............I think "going for a walk" is boring...........this is much more fun......he varies it every time

Joined the trial sessions, Nik was very welcolming. Iam always worried that joining something new would be cliquey, but not at all. All the sessions are well laid out and explained. All communication for membership has been quick and simple.

Easy to join with no hassle about taking up a membership. Nice bunch of like minded people looking to improve their fitness/ health. Different programme each session so always testing and pushing. Lou is very supportive and encouraging. Would recommend to all
