Started with the 10 for £10 and now a full member. Love Bootcamp so much I cancelled my gym membership. Great instruction and motivation from all the trainers. Such a variety of classes to participate in. Couldn't ask for a better exercise class.

My friend see the advertisement on fb and asked me to join her, we started on Monday and I booked the three sessions for the week. They are on Monday, Wednesday 7 til 8pm. And Saturday 8.30 til 9.30am. We have done something different each day and has been lots of fun. Is great for any level of fitness. I am a chunk of a lady and very unfit but, it is still so much fun, lots of great ladies and men. A few different offers for people to chose from - I have signed up for the membership was really easy to do and I have my 12month plan in place, can also do 6 months or block sessions too. Defo recommend it whether it is just you, or there more of you. The area we train is great and accessible.

I was very nervous about going to boot camp as I’m not very fit and thought I would stand out but I shouldn’t have worried was a great first week and everyone just slots in and you are made to feel welcome .. there are lots of different exercises you do and if you can’t manage them then your supported on how to do them a little easier

Bootcamp UK sessions are exceptional and I'm thoroughly enjoying training this way. Each lesson is well thought out, a lot of fun and no two sessions are the same. I enjoy the variety that BCUK has to offer and the range of equipment available to use. It's great to see that each individual is challenged whether at beginner, intermediate or advanced level. The instructors are passionate about what they do and are incredibly motivating. I've joined the Waterlooville BC and Pete has been fantastic. I look forward to each session come rain or shine! If you're looking to get fit, train effectively, make friends and have some fun, I highly recommend joining BCUK.

John is amazing, supportive and so friendly. The group is friendly and everyone make you feel so welcome. The exercises are amazing and you get pushed even when you want to give up which makes it 1000% better.

Really enjoying week by week, even signed up yesterday and look forward to my next session tonight @ 18:00. Better training as a group and really is more rewarding than being in the GYM. Highly motivational and the guys really help you push yourself each session.

Love bootcamp! I go to the Bexleyheath one and the coaches are amazing! So supportive and friendly. Love that every session has been different in one way or another! Would highly recommend.

I've been going to the Southampton site since last August. It's great fun. Good to be out in the wide open space and get the fresh air. Each session offers a different way of exercising with kit, bodyweight and good old fashioned running. I look forward to every session whatever the weather.
