Amazing company. In the process of purchasing an old VW polo for my daughters first car. What a service!above and beyond which is rare these days. So so satisfied with there service, we will be looking for 2 more VW’s in the not to distant future, it will be left in their capable hands xx Thank you so much guys xx

I broke down on my way home to Newcastle. This garage went above and beyond any garage I've ever experienced. I had my disabled cousin with me and my dog. We were given drinks, dog was given water. Put in a warm safe area. Staff were incredible. They diagnosed my car. It wasn't safe to drive home. We have ordered pizza to be delivered here. Very helpful. If I lived here they would be my garage of choice. Honest reliable and very kind. Amazing. They stayed with us until the greenflag arrived to take us home. What a lovely company. I'd give them ten stars.
