The nearly 4% closing fee was not disclosed to me until the very end. It would’ve been better to know early on when making the decision on how much I needed to borrow. It actually made me not want to use this company ever again.

It wasn’t as expeditious as before, neither do I feel like I was given credit for my longstanding history, but funding came through none the less at a convenient time, I do bear in mind that these are systems- not a person, with inflexible rules and guidelines that the people must follow so I guess it’s not their fault
