I paid off the amount as requested by their representative 1 week ago. I called to ask for a zero balance letter next day and they said there was a fee of $25 dollars that I had not been paid. I asked them to take that payment. Since, I have been calling every day trying to get them to take that payment and provide the zero letter. They are no longer nice when I call and they are dragging their feet. I have to add that my company paid on time every day and there is no reason for this delays which do impact our business.

Very friendly to work with and quick turnaround time. Josh was on top of everything and funding was in my account next day.
