These are a fantastic company to work with, the arrive when they say they will do a great job quickly at a great price ( i have never had to query an invoice) The guys know their stuff i have never had a breakdown or defect they could not fix in a very reasonable time if not done road side, i use companies nation wide to cover a large fleet of Mercedes van and trucks (1800+) and i can say Euro Commercials are by far the best.

Fantastic, convenient and tailored services from Garyn and the team. My fleet of Mercedes Sprinters covers all South Wales and keeping them on road with little downtime is essential. We have moved to using more of the mobile fleet team services this last year and it has paid off. Convenient bookings around our Operation needs, Quality work carried out on site and friendly helpful service has really impressed us. Bought a used mercedes Vito from Stephen with 19k on the odometer, and within 2k miles the clutch went. they refused to fix under warranty, basically told me to F off, I had to pay over £2k for new clutch and flywheel. Still broken, juddering, suspension is shot, it`s shaking itself to bits. Got sold a pig in the poke, a lemon, a used van that has been screwed, and given the finger by Euro in cardiff when I complained. Its now got 49,000 on it and is falling apart, oil pressure light on, juddering /shaking. A manager there saw my review, rang me up swearing about it, said they will help and sort something out if I take down the review, guess what, given me the middle finger again. They`ve done F all. Absolutely shockingly bad service, they`ve basted me like a Xmas turkey, i feel ripped right off. Take your money elsewhere Update, since the reply below about 'escalating this to seniors' zero action has happened, no contact, no email or call to offer to resolve the issues with the 'mercedes' van, nothing at all. This sis my fifth Vito van, I've always bought them used direct from a legit Mercedes dealer, however never ever again, I got sold a dud, they charged me over £3k to fit a new clutch and flywheel on 19,000 miles, and the fault remains, and they've not helped in any way at all. Proper robbed by these hateful con merchants. So escalate that why don't you.

when picking up my truck the wheel nuts had not been tightened and had not been torque up and had on card inside to confirm this ,shocking it pay to check

Just had our centre bearing changed and we cannot thank euro commercials enough as they went above and beyond in their service to us, the staff (office, parts, mechanics) were just the best, the problem we had we live in our van full time so couldn't be without the van but euro commercials went out of their way to get us in and out and back on 5ge road . We will definitely be using this garage again, thank you all we really appreciated what you done (Sammy Jo) your just the best.

Super Friendly mobile services, comes to us for vehicles services and repairs which is so convenient. fast response, and ways had the job done according to our required times.

Great service from the guys, all friendly and helpful, quick response times with any defects. Garin the manager of the mobile vans has been very helpful responding and carrying out work onsite where possible to help us avoid downtime.

Garyn arranged for my van to be repaired on the job as I find it difficult to book in to the garage . This is a brilliant option for me and the chap came out and carried out the repair . Top service from all involved at Cardiff mobile 👍🏼

Called Garyn explaining a problem I had with one of our sprinters and thankfully got one of his engineers to pop in to fix the issue.
