I wanted to bring to your attention at how your constant communication regarding my account use on your site and to be honest I am starting to feel harassed, and what was a fun pastime for me now feels like I'm doing something wrong. I understand that you have a duty of care to all customers but in the last few months I've been subjected to my account being restricted, them an intrusive telephone call from one of your team members, followed by a " block on my account for a week, and now I am receiving emails stating that I have been playing for an unusually extended period, these emails and communications are causing me unwanted and unneeded anxiety and distress In the last few weeks I have only been on a handful of times. I also am very aware the deposits I make and would never use what I don't have on your site, I have been left feeling victimised for gaming responsibly I look forward to your reply
