United States | 07 April 2023We recently rebuilt our web presence and online store. We were seeing irrational behavior and poor conversions within our analytics. Our users were aborting their orders and their journey with us for no obvious reason. Server reports from our host showed no problems. We engaged On Watch For You on these pages and quickly identified intermittent page delivery issues. The On Watch For You detailed test information showed page download size discrepancies. The server was operating, however the page content was not always loading! With this knowledge we were able to target and solve the issue. Your support staff are always helpful - Thank You.
